We recommend that you book the desired day-dated admission tickets* early via our online store at the best price.

A few remaining tickets can be purchased on site, subject to availability.

Please note that admission tickets can only be redeemed on the day booked and cannot be exchanged or revoked.

We recommend that you create a free customer account at MyParadise so that you can book your visit to the bathing paradise quickly and easily and at short notice.

If you are unable to visit us on your selected date, you have the option of rebooking. To do this, please make a new booking and enter the ticket code (to be found next to the QR code) of the tickets you have already received in the field provided in the shopping cart before completing the ordering process. The ticket value will be offset against your order and a rebooking will be carried out automatically.

*Day-dated admission tickets are excluded from revocation, but you have the option of rebooking your tickets for another day of your visit. Please note that this is only possible until 10 p.m. on the evening before your arrival, otherwise the tickets will expire.

Of course you have the option of rebooking your online ticket. Please note that the rebooking must be made by 10 p.m. on the day before your planned visit.

You have the option of booking a fixed berth for your visit. This berth is then reserved for you for the entire duration of your visit. You can select your private berth individually during the booking process. Alternatively, an automatic allocation will be made.

When booking your admission ticket via the online store, select your desired seat or lounger type in the desired area. The following offers are available here:

• Single lounger
• Double lounger (max. 2 persons)
• Relax shell (max. 2 persons)

A mooring is not a prerequisite for a visit to the Badeparadies Schwarzwald. Of course, admission can also be booked without a fixed berth. Free moorings are available on site for your rest periods in a designated area. Please note, however, that your entitlement to this lounger expires as soon as you leave the lounger. Our staff regularly vacate unused sun loungers in these areas.

Treat yourself to culinary delights in our "Palmgarden" restaurant in the Palm Paradise and "TOP - Taste of Paradise" in the Palais Vital. Our "Galaxy Splash" snack bar is available in the Galaxy.

Our pool bars are also open for you. Refresh yourself with a fruity cocktail, enjoy a soft drink or a specialty coffee.

"Pure Balance" massage lounge

Let yourself be pampered in our spa with soothing massages that bring body and soul into harmony. The massage offer is available to guests of the Palais Vital as well as guests of the Palmenoase.

Our range of massages is very popular and therefore books up quickly - we recommend that you book your desired appointment via our online store before your visit.

Please note that booking a massage is only possible with a pre-booked online ticket.

A visit to Badeparadies Schwarzwald is only possible with a pre-booked online ticket. The booking can only be completed in conjunction with online payment.

All in-house services can be paid for at the ticket desk using the Badeparadies Card, EC card or credit card (VISA, Maestro or Master Card). There is also a Volksbank cash machine in the foyer of Badeparadies Schwarzwald.
Everything in Badeparadies Schwarzwald can be paid for "cashless" (visits to restaurants, entry to other areas, extensions, etc.). All expenses are booked on a so-called transponder. At the end of your visit, you return the transponder to the cash desk and pay for the gastronomic services consumed as well as extensions and transfers. Each visitor is responsible for their own transponder. The transponder must be worn on the body during the entire visit. In the event of loss, a fee of €45 must be paid. If the transponder is found again, the amount will be refunded in full.

Admission tickets and vouchers already purchased can be used as a means of payment in the online store with the online sale of day-dated admission tickets.

Simply enter the ticket code/voucher code in the shopping cart during the order process - we will offset the value of your ticket/voucher against your new booking.

Vouchers already purchased can be redeemed for the booking of an online ticket. Admission tickets that have already been purchased cannot be converted into a voucher.

All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (until the end of the 3rd year). Vouchers from 2019 can be redeemed until 30.06.2024 as a gesture of goodwill. Vouchers from 2020 are valid until 31.12.2024.

If you are unable to visit us on your selected date, you have the option of rebooking. The ticket value will be fully offset against your order and a rebooking will be carried out automatically. A rebooking is possible until 22:00 on the day before your booked admission.

You can also easily pay with your Badeparadiescard or Premiumcard in our online store.
Log in to your customer account or create a new customer account with MyParadise. Here you must use the same e-mail address as for the Badeparadiescard/Premiumcard order. To activate your card for the first time, please enter your Badeparadiescard/Premiumcard number.

Infants up to and including 3 years of age may visit the thermal spa free of charge and do not require their own lounger. Please note that proof of age may be required for small children.

Guests aged 4 and over who present a disabled pass with the "B" or "H" mark are not free of charge, but can take an accompanying person (aged 18 or over) with them free of charge. The holder of the disabled pass still requires a valid ticket. We recommend booking in good time before your visit via our website. You will receive the ticket for the accompanying person directly on site. Please report to reception at the entrance and show your disabled pass with the "B" or "H" mark. Infants under the age of 4 do not receive a free ticket for the accompanying person.

Bath towels can be rented for a fee of €4. There is also a deposit of €20. Towels are sold for €20.90 each. Bathrobes can be borrowed for a fee of €7. The deposit for a bathrobe is €30. Bathrobes are sold for €49 each. Sauna kilts are also available for a rental fee of €5. Here too, a deposit of €20 is required.
