Modify your reserved tickets
MODIFICATION OF ALL YOUR BOOKED ADMISSION TICKETS
You can modify your reservation until 10.00 pm on the eve before your booked date.
Please proceed as follows to rebook your ticket:
- Make a new booking from the beginning.
- Enter your existing ticket codes one after the other in the field provided in the shopping basket.
- Check that the ticket value has been deducted from your current order.
- Complete your booking by clicking on 'Checkout'.
For your information:
- The value of your original order will be offset against your new booking.
- If the value of your previous booking exceeds the current booking, you will receive a voucher for the remaining value by e-mail. Otherwise, the price difference will be charged retrospectively.
- It is not possible to cancel services that are tied to a specific date. Admission tickets that are not rebooked in time will expire without replacement.

PARTIAL MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
If not all of the people for whom you booked tickets can attend, you can rebook until 10 p.m. on the day before your booked date. You can also use this procedure if you want to increase the number of people.
Please proceed as follows:
- Make a new booking for the reduced or updated number of people from the beginning. If the admission slot you originally selected is fully booked, you will unfortunately have to switch to a slot that is still available.
- Enter all your existing ticket codes in the shopping basket, including those for the people who still wish to visit the thermal baths.
- Please check whether the value of your existing booking has been offset against the current shopping basket value. If the total number of people is reduced, the remaining value will be displayed accordingly. Once the rebooking is complete, you will receive a voucher by email. If the number of people increases, you can pay for the additional admission tickets using your preferred payment method.
For your information:
- It is not possible to cancel services that are tied to a specific date. Admission tickets that are not rebooked in time will expire without replacement.
- It is not possible to partially rebook redeemed experience vouchers.

MODIFICATION OF MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS
All massage appointments will automatically be converted into a voucher if the associated admission tickets are rebooked in good time. Once the admission tickets have been successfully rebooked, you will receive a voucher for the remaining value of the original massage price by email.
This is subject to compliance with the defined rebooking/cancellation period of 48 hours before the planned date of your visit.
If this deadline is not met, you can only rebook your admission ticket(s); your associated massage appointment will remain unchanged.
