Payment and Delivery

Delivery terms
Delivery takes place within Germany, within Europe, in Israel and Australia.

Delivery costs (legal value added tax included)

National Shipping (Germany):
Vouchers: we charge a flat rate of 2,50 € per order for shipping.
Gift box: we charge a flat rate of 4.50 € per order for shipping.

EU Shipping:
Vouchers: we charge a flat rate of 3.70 € per order for shipping in the EU-zone.
Gift box: we charge a flat rate of 9 € for shipping in the EU-zone.

Shipping worldwide
Vouchers: we charge a flat rate of 3.70 € per order for worldwide shipping.
Gift box: we charge a flat rate of 16 € per order for worldwide shipping.

Shipping Conditions
As far as no other deadline is indicated in the article description, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 5-8 working days, in case of deliveries abroad within 7-10 working days upon order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment on the day after your payment order).
Please note that on Sundays and holidays deliveries are not taking place. If you ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one lot, unless something different is agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the ordered article with the longest delivery time.
You will receive Print@Home vouchers directly after order completion per e-mail at the e-mail address you indicated during the order process. The voucher will be available via a link in this e-mail. If you do not receive any e-mail, please check you spam folder.
