Modify your reserved tickets

MODIFICATION OF ALL YOUR BOOKED ADMISSION TICKETS

You can modify your reservation until 10.00 pm on the eve before your booked date. 

If you have booked your admission ticket regularly, please proceed as follows:

  • Proceed to a new reservation from the beginning here.
  • Enter successively your previous ticket code in the corresponding fields in the shopping cart.
  • Check if the ticket value has been subtracted from your current order.
  • Conclude by clicking on "order".

For your information:

  • The value of your original order will be debited of the new order.
  • If the value of the previous order should exceed the value of this reservation, you will obtain a voucher of the amount of the rest value per e-mail. Otherwise, you will have to pay the price difference.
  • It is not possible to cancel day-specific services. Admission tickets which are not modified in the validity period will expire and will not be replaced.

If you have redeemed a gift voucher for a day-specific reservation
, then proceed as follows :

  • Enter your voucher-code again here to initiate a modification.
  • Then indicate the date of issue of the voucher, then select your news visit date.
  • Conclude by clicking on "order".

For your information:

  • It is not possible to cancel day-specific services. Admission tickets which are not modified in the validity period will expire and will not be replaced.

PARTIAL MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION

If the total number of persons cannot be present on the day of the reservation, you can modify your booked tickets until 10.00 pm on the eve before your planned date. You can use the same process if you wish to add some persons to a reservation.
Please proceed as follows:

  • Place a new reservation for the reduced or updated number of persons from the beginning. If the admission slot you had chosen in the first place is already sold out, then you will have to change for an available one.
  • In the shopping cart, enter all available ticket code, even those of the persons who still wish to visit the thermal bath.
  • Please verify if the value of the previous reservation has been deducted of your current shopping-cart. If the total amount of persons is reduces, the residual value will be displayed. After concluding the modification, you will receive a value voucher per e-mail. If the number of persons is increased, you can pay the additional tickets with the means of payment of your choice.

For your information:

  • A cancellation of your reservation is not possible. Please modify your reservation if you cannot be present on the day of your journey in "paradise".
  • Value vouchers can be redeemed for your next reservation or for in-house services. Please consider that value vouchers are valid 3 years from the date of issue, until the end of the third legal year. If this period has been exceeded, the value voucher will not be valid anymore.
  • It is not possible to cancel day-specific services. Admission tickets which are not modifid in the valitidy period will expire and will not be replaced.
  • It is not possible to proceed to a partial modification of redeemed gift vouchers.

MODIFICATION OF MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS

You can modify your massage appointment until two days before the planned day of visit. For that, please cancel the existing massage appointment per e-mail first. Please send us your withdrawal demand along with the order number until two days before the planned visit per e-mail at info@badeparadies-schwarzwald.de. After your demand is processed, you will receive a confirmation per e-mail, and the paid amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

After having successfully cancelled your appointment, book a new one via the booking link contained in the order confirmation (admission tickets).
